First visit or no guitar sound?
- The microphone starts only after you select setup or start. Allow access in the permission prompt and stay quiet for the three-second calibration.
- Try the open sixth string: in standard tuning it sounds E2 and is written E3. Then play one note at a time, following each prompt’s notation and position.
- If no note is detected, check the input and meter, move closer, reduce background noise and recalibrate. The microphone checks pitch, not your string or fret.
Use a desktop browser with microphone and Web Audio support. On phones, keep the system browser in the foreground and the screen on. Recognition with Bluetooth, external devices and different phones still needs device testing.
Audio is analyzed on your device. Try ten prompts for your first regular session. End saves completed practice; discard removes the current session.
